No, BrazosTweaker is not compatible with the latest versions of the Windows operating system and the available architecture.
However, on the releases page at the Github website, there are multiple downloads available (32 and 64bit). I've downloaded the 64bit but it gives an error when I tried to launch it. The Compatibility mode didn't work therefore I believe you will need to run it on a Windows version lower than Windows 10.
